Archaic derogatory slang for a samurai, possibly from a pun on 両個 (two) and 士 (samurai). Extremely rare and obsolete.
There are examples in Edo-period documents where 両個 is read as りゃんこ.
りゃんこ is said to have been a slang term used to mock samurai in the past.
