入にゅう籍せき

Primarily used for marriage registration, but can also refer to other legal entries into a family register (e.g., adoption). Often used as 入籍する.

• 二人ふたりは先せん月げつ入にゅう籍せきした。

  They registered their marriage last month.

• 婚こん姻いん届とどけを出だして入にゅう籍せきする。

  Submit a marriage registration form and have the marriage entered in the family register.
