Usually used in the negative form 割り切れない to express lingering doubt, dissatisfaction, or an unresolved feeling. The affirmative is rare.
彼の説明ではどうも割り切れない。
I'm not entirely convinced by his explanation.
その結果に割り切れない思いが残った。
I was left with a feeling of dissatisfaction about the result.
