Fleming's left-hand rule
A mnemonic for the direction of force on a current-carrying conductor in a magnetic field, used in electromagnetism. Often taught alongside 右手の法則 (right-hand rule).

Named after John Ambrose Fleming, who introduced the mnemonic. The Japanese term is a direct translation of 'left-hand rule'.
