Archaic greeting used when visiting someone's home, equivalent to calling out to announce one's presence and ask permission to enter. Not used in modern Japanese.

• 昔むかしの人ひとは、家いえを訪たずねるときに「案あん内ない申もう」と言いった。

  In the old days, people said 'annaimou' when visiting someone's home.
