Colloquial Kansai dialect expression. Describes a state where tears are about to overflow or are already flowing uncontrollably, often due to strong emotion (laughter, sadness, or being moved).

• あの漫まん才ざいを聞きいて、涙なみだがちょちょぎれるほど笑わらった。

  Listening to that manzai, I laughed so hard tears were streaming down my face.

• 感かん動どうのあまり、涙なみだがちょちょぎれてしまった。

  I was so moved that I couldn't stop the tears from flowing.
