quasi-forcible sexual intercourse
Legal term for sexual intercourse where the victim is unable to resist due to unconsciousness, intoxication, or other incapacitation. In modern Japanese law, this concept has been largely replaced by 不同意性交 (non-consensual sexual intercourse).
