He has a respectable job and supports his family.

Archaic adverbial use, now largely replaced by 全く (まったく). Found in classical or highly formal contexts.
In old texts, 全う is sometimes used to mean 'completely'.
He's an honest, upright person.
He's looking for a decent job.
It's important to live honestly.
