Always used with a negative predicate (ない, いない, etc.) to mean 'no decent ...', 'not a single proper ...'. Expresses strong dissatisfaction or contempt.
There isn't a single decent restaurant in this town.
He doesn't do any proper work.
This shop doesn't have anything decent to sell.
Nothing good has been happening lately.
I've been so busy that I can't even sleep properly.
