Suffix used after listing items to indicate continuation; similar to English 'etc.' or 'and so on'. Common in both spoken and written Japanese.
会議では、予算、スケジュール、担当者等々について話し合った。
At the meeting, we discussed the budget, schedule, person in charge, and so on.
果物、野菜、肉等々を買い物リストに書いた。
I wrote fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. on the shopping list.
