darkness stew; blind stew party game
A party game where each participant brings an ingredient, which is cooked together into a stew and eaten in the dark. Similar to 闇鍋 (darkness hot pot), but specifically a stew (汁).

Compound of 闇 (yami, 'darkness') and 汁 (shiru, 'soup/stew'), literally 'darkness stew'. The name comes from the practice of eating the stew in the dark so participants cannot see what ingredients are in it.
