だから is a plain, neutral 'so/therefore', while だからこそ adds strong emphasis, singling out the reason as the one true cause.
んで loosely connects events or statements without stressing causation, whereas だから explicitly marks the following clause as a reason or conclusion.
だから is casual and conversational, whereas このため is more formal and typically appears in writing or formal speech.
だから is a direct, emphatic 'so/because' used when giving a reason, whereas そこで focuses on the next step or decision made after the preceding situation.
