Mikawa manzai; traditional celebratory performance from Mikawa

A regional style of manzai (comic or celebratory performance) originating in the Mikawa area of Aichi Prefecture. Often performed at New Year's or auspicious occasions. Compare with the more general 万歳 (まんざい).
