なんともない

it's nothing; no problem; I'm fine; safe and sound

Used to downplay a situation, reassure someone, or indicate that one is unharmed. Often said in response to concern. Similar to 何でもない, but 何ともない can emphasize physical or emotional well-being.

• 転ころんだけど、何なんともなかった。

  I fell, but I was unhurt.
