A legal term for a single will made by two or more people together, typically spouses, disposing of their property. Not valid in all jurisdictions; in Japan, joint wills are generally not permitted under the Civil Code.
Under Japanese civil law, joint wills are not permitted.
In some countries, spouses can make a joint will together.
