出で待まち

waiting for performers to exit; stage-door waiting

Slang used in fan culture for waiting at a venue exit to see celebrities or performers leave. Often contrasted with 入り待ち (waiting for them to arrive).

  After the concert, fans were waiting outside the venue for the performers to come out.
