A modest, polite term for a small gift, often money, given as a token of gratitude. Frequently written on the envelope or wrapping of a small monetary gift or present.

• お世せ話わになった方かたに寸すん志しを差さし上あげました。

  I gave a small token of appreciation to the person who helped me.
