In mahjong, the tile drawn from the dead wall after a kong declaration; used in the yaku 嶺上開花 (rinshan kaihou).

• カンを宣せん言げんした後あと、嶺りん上しゃん牌ぱいを引ひきます。

  After declaring a kong, you draw a replacement tile from the dead wall.

• 嶺りん上しゃん牌ぱいでツモったら嶺りん上しゃん開花かいほうになる。

  If you win on the replacement tile, it becomes rinshan kaihou.
