A casual drink made by adding liquor to beer or wine, often dropped in as a shot. The term is especially common for wine-based shōchū highballs, but also used for beer with whiskey. Usually written in kana.

When I ordered a bomb shot at the izakaya, it was wine with shōchū in it.
