Kumamoto rice shōchū
A type of shōchū (Japanese distilled spirit) made from rice, produced in the Hitoyoshi-Kuma region of Kumamoto Prefecture. Often enjoyed on the rocks, with water, or as a base for cocktails.
Kumamoto rice shōchū has a rich rice flavor and is easy to drink.
