  Literally, 肩身 is an old word for the shoulders and body.

Almost exclusively used in the idiomatic expressions 肩身が広い (to feel proud, to hold one's head high) and 肩身が狭い (to feel ashamed, to feel small). The word itself is not used independently for 'honor'.
