Most common use. Often refers to how efficiently work, study, production, or a procedure gets done, especially in phrases like 能率が上がる, 能率が落ちる, and 能率を高める.

Specialized physics sense corresponding to 'moment'. In ordinary modern usage, 能率 will usually be understood as 'efficiency', so context is essential.
