講義 is a general academic lecture given anywhere, whereas 講 in this sense specifically means a Buddhist sermon or dharma-talk gathering.
講演 is a public speech or talk on any topic, while 講 (sense 1) refers narrowly to a Buddhist lecture meeting held at a temple.
考 (こう) means 'thought/consideration' while 講 (こう) refers to a lecture or discourse; the two share a reading but differ completely in meaning.
