にはRequirements for achieving a goal
には presents a goal and introduces what is necessary, advisable, or useful for achieving it. It often corresponds to “to do,” “in order to do,” or “if you want to do,” followed by a requirement or method.
How the sentence works
The part before には names the result you want to achieve. The rest of the sentence then gives a requirement, method, resource, recommendation, difficulty, or judgment connected with that result. Natural endings include expressions meaning “is necessary,” “is important,” “should,” and “must.”

AnalyzeImproving is the goal; daily use is presented as an important condition for reaching it.
Asking what to do
In questions, this pattern asks for the method or condition needed to reach the stated goal.
Making the purpose explicit
Add ため when you want to spell out the purpose more clearly. The longer ためには pattern works with both verb goals and noun goals; its basic function remains the same.
健康のためには、十分な睡眠と適度な運動が大切です。
For good health, sufficient sleep and moderate exercise are important.
AnalyzeGoal requirements versus purpose and suitability
Use には when the main point is what achieving a goal requires. By contrast, ために normally links a purpose to an action actually taken for that purpose. Purpose のに commonly evaluates how much time or money an activity takes, or whether a tool or resource is useful or suitable for it.
