さえ～ば・
さえ～ば and さえ～なら present one condition as the minimum that is enough for the result. The speaker treats everything else as secondary: “if only this is true” or “as long as this happens.”
The condition that matters most
The item before さえ is presented as the one requirement that must be met. The following conditional ending then says that meeting this requirement is enough for the stated result.
Three common shapes
時間さえあれば、この作業は今日中に終えられる。
As long as we have enough time, this task can be finished today.

Analyze読み is the form obtained by removing ます from 読みます.

AnalyzeHere さえ is inserted after the て-form inside a continuing-action expression.
More than an ordinary condition
A condition with ば simply states what must happen for a result. Adding さえ goes further: it says that this condition alone is enough and that other concerns do not matter.
