ございます・ でございますVery polite existence and identification
ございます is a very polite form of あります for the existence or availability of things. でございます is a highly polite ending after a noun or na-adjective stem, corresponding to ordinary polite です.
Two different jobs
The presence or absence of で matters. Use ございます to say that a thing exists or is available. Use でございます after a noun or na-adjective stem to identify or describe something very politely.
Core uses
Ordinary polite versus highly formal
Both sentences state the same fact. The version with です is ordinary polite Japanese; the version with でございます raises the level of formality and suits staff announcements or formal service.
