ございます is a very polite form of あります for the existence or availability of things. でございます is a highly polite ending after a noun or na-adjective stem, corresponding to ordinary polite です.

Two different jobs

The presence or absence of matters. Use ございます to say that a thing exists or is available. Use でございます after a noun or na-adjective stem to identify or describe something very politely.
