The literal translation '紳士淑女の皆様' is rarely used in modern Japanese. It sounds overly formal and theatrical. Use '皆様' or 'ご来場の皆様' instead.
Japanese often omits direct address if the context is clear. For example, a simple 'ありがとうございます' (Thank you) can suffice after an introduction without explicitly saying 'ladies and gentlemen'.
