Again, 立場 covers the idea of one's position in terms of circumstances. Very versatile.

立場 (tachiba) is the most versatile for abstract 'position' (standpoint, situation, role). 地位 (chii) is specifically social rank or status. 位置 (ichi) is physical location or coordinates.
English 'position' covers many concepts. Direct translation as ポジション is only natural for job roles in casual business. For physical location, use 位置 or 場所. For social standing, use 立場 or 地位.
