薄うす着ぎ

lightly dressed; wearing light clothes

Describes wearing fewer or thinner clothes than usual, often in cool weather. Commonly used as a noun or with する to mean 'dress lightly'. Opposite of 厚着 (あつぎ, wearing thick clothes).
