ないといけない is a colloquial variant similar to なきゃいけない, used interchangeably in casual speech to express obligation.
ないといけない is the plain, casual form of the same construction, while ないといけません adds ます for a politer, more formal tone.
Grammaticalized from the negative conditional ないと (if not) + いけない (cannot go / not good). Literally 'if (I) don't do, it's no good', reanalyzed as an obligation expression.
