Usage patterns

• 〈人ひと〉はピーマンが苦にが手てだsomeone dislikes bell peppers (often said of children)

  うちの子こ供どもはピーマンが苦にが手てで、いつも残のこす。

  My child dislikes bell peppers and always leaves them on the plate.

• ピーマンの種たねを取とるto remove the seeds from a bell pepper

  ピーマンを半はん分ぶんに切きって種たねを取とってください。

  Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds.

• ピーマンを炒いためるto stir-fry bell peppers

  油あぶらでピーマンをさっと炒いためる。

  Quickly stir-fry the bell peppers in oil.

• ピーマンを刻きざむto chop bell peppers

  ピーマンを細こまかく刻きざんでサラダに入いれる。
