Expresses optimistic resignation that things will resolve on their own, often without the speaker's direct intervention. Common in casual speech.

• 心しん配ぱいしなくても、どうにかなるよ。

  Don't worry, it'll work out somehow.

• 今いまは大たい変へんだけど、そのうちどうにかなるさ。

  It's tough now, but it'll take care of itself eventually.

Slang use, often in the potential form どうにかなりそう or past tense どうにかなった, meaning to be driven crazy or to snap under pressure. Stronger than 困る.
