A form of Kannon (Avalokiteśvara) often depicted holding the Cintamani jewel; 如意宝珠 is the jewel itself.
From Chinese 如意寶珠, itself a translation of Sanskrit Cintāmaṇi. The kanji 如意 means 'as one wishes' and 宝珠 means 'treasure jewel'.
