tug of war
The game or contest in which two teams pull on opposite ends of a rope. Also used figuratively for a struggle or contest between two sides.

forward puller (of a rickshaw)
Historical term for a person who pulled a rickshaw from the front, as opposed to the main puller between the shafts. Rare in modern usage.
