A ceremonial way to say your feeling could go no further: deeply honored, deeply moved, mortified. It goes with only a handful of nouns.

今こん回かい、栄えい誉よある賞しょうを賜たまわり、光こう栄えいの至いたりです。

I could not be more honored to receive this distinguished award.

皆みな様さまから温あたたかいお言こと葉ばを頂ちょう戴だいし、感かん激げきの至いたりでございます。

I am deeply moved by your kind words.

How to form it

Noun + の至いたり + です／でございます

Nearly always polite: it is said to the people you are thanking or apologizing to.

Goes with: Thanks: 光こう栄えい (honor), 感かん激げき (being moved), 恐きょう縮しゅく (being obliged). Shame, in an apology: 赤せき面めん and 汗かん顔がん, a red face and a sweating one. Few others.
Said about: Your own feeling.
Where you'll meet it: Acceptance speeches, wedding speeches, formal letters.
People say: とても光こう栄えいです, 本ほん当とうに恥はずかしいです.

In use

このような晴はれの席せきにお招まねきいただき、光こう栄えいの至いたりでございます。

It is a very great honor to be invited to such a happy occasion.

ご多た忙ぼうの中なかわざわざお越こしいただき、恐きょう縮しゅくの至いたりです。

I am most obliged to you for coming all this way when you are so busy.

確かく認にんを怠おこたり、多た大だいなご迷めい惑わくをおかけしたことは、汗かん顔がんの至いたりです。

I am deeply ashamed that my failure to check caused you so much trouble.

若わか気げの至いたり is something else

A fixed phrase, and an everyday one: something foolish you did because you were young.

学がく生せい時じ代だいに髪かみを真まっ赤かに染そめたのは、若わか気げの至いたりです。

Dyeing my hair bright red as a student was the folly of youth.

の極きわみ or の至いたり?

平へい日じつの昼ひるから温おん泉せんとは、贅ぜい沢たくの極きわみだ。

A hot spring on a weekday afternoon: the height of luxury.

A state at its peak: の極きわみ.

Not said: 平へい日じつの昼ひるから温おん泉せんとは、贅ぜい沢たくの至いたりだ。

(A hot spring on a weekday afternoon: the height of luxury.)

の至いたり belongs in ceremonial thanks and apology.

感かん激げき and 光こう栄えい take either: 感かん激げきの至いたり, 感かん激げきの極きわみ.

Other forms for a feeling or quality at its extreme

極まる・極まりないN1

A な-adjective, nearly always a harsh verdict: 失しつ礼れい極きわまる, 危き険けん極きわまりない. The two mean the same.

その発はつ言げんは無ぶ礼れい極きわまりない。

That remark is outrageously rude.

の極みN1

A noun for a state, good or bad: 贅ぜい沢たくの極きわみ, 疲ひ労ろうの極きわみ.

連れん日じつの徹てつ夜やで、担たん当とう者しゃは疲ひ労ろうの極きわみにあった。

After night after night without sleep, the person in charge was utterly exhausted.

を禁じ得ないN1

A noun for a feeling that wells up: 同どう情じょう, 怒いかり, 涙なみだ. Written.

被ひ災さい地ちから届とどいた証しょう言げんに、深ふかい同どう情じょうを禁きんじ得えない。

I cannot help feeling deep sympathy at the accounts coming out of the disaster area.

てやまないN1

A verb for a lasting wish or regard: 願ねがってやまない, 尊そん敬けいしてやまない. Speeches and letters.

私わたくしどもは、母ぼ校こうのさらなる発はっ展てんを願ねがってやみません。

We sincerely wish our old school every further success.

ても～きれないN1

The same verb of feeling, twice: 悔くやんでも悔くやみきれない, 感かん謝しゃしてもしきれない. Everyday too.

私わたしはあの日ひの判はん断だんを、どれほど悔くやんでも悔くやみきれない。

However much I regret the decision I made that day, it will never be enough.

限りだN2

After an adjective for your own feeling, in speeches and polite compliments: "I couldn't be more …".

皆みなさんに喜よろこんでいただけて、うれしい限かぎりです。

I couldn't be happier that you all enjoyed it.

に堪えないN1

Ceremonial, with 感かん謝しゃ and 喜よろこび: the thanks of speeches and formal letters.

皆みな様さまのご支し援えんには感かん謝しゃに堪たえません。

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone's support.
