おまけにto top it all; to make matters worse
An おまけ is the free extra a shop throws in. おまけに is the casual way to throw one more thing on top of what you have just said, most often one more thing to grumble about.

How to form it
Sentence。 おまけに、+ one more thing
It opens the new sentence, usually with a comma after it. Inside one sentence it follows し or a て-form: 寒いし、おまけに….
