はもちろんNot only A; B too, as expected
This pattern presents A as an obvious or already accepted baseline, then adds that B is true as well. It often corresponds to “not only A, but B too,” with the extra sense that A goes without saying.
How the pattern works
The important point is not simply that two facts are being listed. A sets the expected baseline; B extends the statement beyond that baseline. The added B is usually marked with も, which makes the “B too” relationship clear.
Nouns and clauses as the baseline
田中さんは英語はもちろん、中国語も話せます。
Tanaka can speak not only English, of course, but Chinese as well.
AnalyzeEnglish is treated as an already expected skill; Chinese is the added information.
京都育ちの彼女は、市内はもちろん、郊外の寺にも詳しい。
Having grown up in Kyoto, she knows not only the city itself, as you would expect, but also temples in the surrounding areas.

Choosing among similar addition patterns
だけでなく simply adds B and does not necessarily present A as obvious. はもとより has similar baseline logic but belongs mainly to formal writing. はおろか creates a different “let alone” scale, often adding an even more basic or striking case rather than a straightforward extra fact.
