When referring to a person's origin, do not use 抽出 or 抜く. Use 出身 or 家系 instead. Saying 彼はイタリアの抽出です is nonsensical.
抜く implies pulling out something that is stuck or fitted tightly (tooth, cork, sword). 取り出す is more general for taking something out of a container or space. For abstract extraction (information), 引き出す is often better.
