流れ出る is a compound verb used in everyday speech for physical outflow. 流出する is a Sino-Japanese verb preferred in news, reports, and formal contexts, often for abstract or large-scale outflow.
The katakana loanword フローアウト exists but is technical jargon (e.g., in finance or computing). For general use, stick to native verbs.
