豊 is the modern simplified form of 豐. The older form depicts a vessel (豆) filled with offerings, conveying abundance and richness. The modern top 曲 is a simplification of the original complex upper part.
The bottom 豆 is a ritual vessel, and the top 曲 looks like a pile of bountiful offerings spilling over. Together they show a rich, excellent harvest.
