うんざり is a casual, everyday expression of being sick and tired of something, whereas 閉口 is a bit more formal and can also mean being at a loss.
うんざり expresses being fed up or exasperated by something repetitive, whereas ムカムカ is a more visceral surge of anger or disgust.
うんざりする expresses being fed up or worn out from repeated annoyance, whereas 呆れる centers on the initial shock of disbelief at something unreasonable.
