グラグラ

Used for mental or emotional instability: unable to make up one's mind, or a resolve that is faltering. Often with する or と.

• 彼かれの決けっ心しんはまだグラグラしている。

  His resolve is still wavering.

• どの大だい学がくに行いくかでグラグラ迷まよっている。

  I'm dithering over which university to go to.

Describes liquid boiling with large, rolling bubbles. Less common than the physical/mental instability senses.

• 鍋なべの湯ゆがグラグラと沸わいている。

  The water in the pot is boiling up vigorously.

Describes a sensation of dizziness or lightheadedness, often from illness or intoxication. Related to くらくら.
