不都合

Used when a time, condition, fact, or arrangement does not suit someone or creates a practical difficulty. Often appears as 不都合がある, 不都合な点, or 不都合です.
That time is a little inconvenient for me.

Evaluates behavior, statements, or facts as unacceptable or hard to justify. This use is relatively formal and can sound euphemistic; in everyday modern Japanese, 不適切 or 不正 may be more direct depending on the situation.
Improper acts that violate the rules are subject to disciplinary action.
