Meanings
Suffix used after nouns or verb stems to describe the way something is done or the impression made by someone's behavior, speech, voice, or expressive style. The 'tune; tone' use is covered by compounds such as 話しぶり and 口ぶり.

Attached to a length of time to say that something happens after that much time has passed, often for the first time in that period: 三年ぶりに, 一週間ぶりの, etc.
I met my friend for the first time in ten years.
It was sunny for the first time in three days.
-sized; of a certain size or amount
Used in size or amount expressions, especially fixed-feeling forms such as 大ぶり and 小ぶり. This use is less freely productive than the time-gap sense.
I bought two smallish apples.
I served rice in a large bowl.
