production of goods
Rare use meaning the production or bringing forth of goods. In modern Japanese, 生産 is the normal word for producing goods, so 出産 in this sense is mainly historical, literary, or dictionary-relevant.
古い用例では、「物品を出産する」のように、出産が品物の生産を意味することがある。
In old usage, 出産 can mean the production of goods, as in 'to produce goods.'
She gave birth to a girl last month.
She chose to give birth at home.
I'm glad both mother and baby came through the birth safely.
She gave birth by cesarean section.
産出 (yield/output of resources) and 出産 (childbirth) use the same two kanji in reverse order but have completely unrelated meanings.
産卵 is used for animals that lay eggs, while 出産 refers specifically to human childbirth, so the two are never interchangeable despite sharing the kanji 産.
