言いい出だす

Emphasizes being the initiator of an idea or suggestion, often in a group context. Common with ～しよう (volitional form) to propose doing something.

• 誰だれも行いきたがらなかったが、彼かれが最さい初しょに行いこうと言いい出だした。

  No one wanted to go, but he was the first to suggest going.

• 彼かの女じょがパーティーを開ひらこうと言いい出だした。

  She proposed having a party.
